While a private boat slip is not available within Hartwell Villas at this time, Big Water Marina is less than five minutes away with over 150 boat slips and prices starting currently at only $420 per quarter. Fenced parking is available to residents at Hartwell Villas for boats and rvs. There is covered boat parking provided for an additional fee based on availability. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is a unique offering at Hartwell Villas.
