The custom built wet bar, centered in the dining room, showcases its granite counters, built in refrigerator, bar sink, extra cabinetry and an attractive inviting display. You will notice a few random remotes, they control the electric shades. Quick access from the dining room leads to sliding doors that open onto your grilling area, a wraparound balcony or steps to the central family room.

If you enjoy plants, the sellers have already installed the ceramic tile at the sliding doors. The wall-mounted television is highly visible from the dining, family, living and kitchen areas. Barstools are used for breakfast areas or for hanging out with the chef.

Community cabana to the left and across the pool pavement is the gate to our new steps.

Downstairs you will find your covered boat slip #7, which is attached to this unit. The conveniences—enjoying the lake, the saltwater pool, community parties, working out without leaving your property, and the best treat of dropping trash bags into the centrally located trash chute—are enough to spoil you.
