In 1972, under the direction of architect Henry Boykin, the kitchen was modernized and the two back porches were removed and converted into a Florida Room with wet-bar.
The kitchen has an original fireplace with gas logs and beautiful brick center island. The office, just off the kitchen, has a fireplace with gas logs and custom builtin cabinetry. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths, hardwood floors, high ceilings and a downstairs primary ensuite bedroom.
