The Rose Arden sits hidden at the edge of Greenville’s highly sought after North Main Community. The blue slate granite was acquired from a quarry in Winnsboro, SC to construct the exterior. The Rose Arden welcomed many visitors over the years, and was a well-known carriage stop between Greenville and Spartanburg, where guests would stay, and horses could rest by the natural spring. In the early 1980s, the owner sold the home and acreage to a developer.
