MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BUILD: 800 Square Feet on one level but not less than a total of 1000 Square feet are required for the single family residence... No mobile home, prefabricated or modular homes are permitted... Set backs are 25 feet from the road and 10 feet on all sides... There are several vacation rentals in the neighborhood due to the views and proximity to the Festival Grounds, restaurants etc.
Take a short walk along the top of the land by entering at the upper corner at the power pole. Walk along the cleared area for ease of access.. Then walk into the lot to see the view from that angle. Some Photos were taken on Boone Rd which is just below the neighbors brown house. Other shots are from lower down on Lewis Lane. You will be able to peak through the trees to see the view. There are many small trees growing up on the lot - but in the past it was mostly cleared.

As you drive up Lewis Lane you will pass Boone Dr on the right and see the corner house - which is brown - just past that house you will see the corner of the lot for sale next to the driveway for at 452 Lewis Lane. As you drive up you will see the mail box and a white PVC pipe in the ground. Just past there will be the upper corner which is close to the power pole. A survey will be needed prior to construction and placement of the house. and the neighbors driveway. The new driveway can come in near the power pole to access the upstairs of the house. A basement could be built for the foundation.
