The owner has lovingly refreshed the main level with painted floors and quaint (sometimes whimsical!) decor! Simple charm is created in cabin life when armoires substitute for closets and antique furniture becomes kitchen cabinetry.

On the main level, the open living space has 3 sets of glass doors to the covered deck. The compact kitchen has all you need for a cottage retreat, yet packs a punch of vintage charm with reclaimed cast iron sink, pot rack, and an old table for central work space.

The charm continues upstairs with the tranquil loft/bedroom, a quiet place to relax. The other bedroom upstairs has amazing views of the treetops and winding river below. This enchanting retreat is located midway between Westminster, SC and Toccoa, GA, and is about 45 minutes from the multitude of activities of Clemson University.

Numerous waterfalls and hiking trails are short drives away. With a few personal exceptions, most of the furnishings and accessories (including the slipcovered camel back sofa and its red legs!) can be negotiated as a package.
