Summer here doesn’t stay confined to weekends. It spills into weeknights. Into random afternoons. Into “let’s take the boat out for an hour” moments that turn into memories people talk about years later.

The schools are part of the highly regarded Fort Mill School District. Charlotte is an easy drive up I-77. South Carolina taxes are noticeably lower than nearby Mecklenburg County. But truthfully? The people who move to Tega Cay rarely talk about logistics for long.
